Construction Starts on First Phase of Expansive 900-Acre Development in Kissimmee

Pulte Homes began construction on the first phase of Hilliard Isle, a transformative 900‑acre master‑planned community in Kissimmee, Florida that will deliver more than 2,000 new homes over multiple phases. The expansive development will ultimately include a mix of single‑family homes and townhomes, along with a 67‑acre mixed‑use town center planned to support future residential, retail, and commercial uses. Designed as a walkable, lifestyle‑oriented community, Hilliard Isle will feature shared amenities such as outdoor walking trails, dog parks, and a resort‑style swimming pool, helping meet the growing housing and quality‑of‑life needs of Central Florida.

Catalyst Design Group is proud to serve as the landscape architect for Hilliard Isle, collaborating closely with Pulte Homes to shape the community’s public realm and outdoor environments. Our scope includes the design of neighborhood amenities, residential streetscapes, entry features and signage, open space and stormwater tracts, townhome mews, buffers, and right‑of‑way landscaping, along with landscape and irrigation design throughout these phases. From conceptual planning through construction documentation and permitting support, Catalyst is helping Pulte establish a strong identity for one of Kissimmee’s most significant new communities.
