Connect at City Heights

Catalyst is providing civil engineering and landscape architectural design services for the new City Heights Development, located off Clifton Avenue. Once complete, City Heights will include three separate developments: “Connect” (25th and Clifton), “Crave” (26th and Clifton), and “Thrive” (27th and Clifton).

Located at the intersection of 25th and Clifton Avenue, Connect will offer 37,000 SF of office, retail and restaurant space, and potentially a grocery store. In addition, Connect will house 172 apartment units, offered in one- to four-bedroom floorplans.
