thrive at City Heights

The Thrive at City Heights is a mixed-use building featuring 30 condominiums, two townhouses, 11,000 SF of commercial space, onsite parking, and a rooftop garden.

Catalyst provided civil engineering and landscape architectural design services for the new City Heights Development. Once complete, City Heights’ full development will include three separate developments, “Connect” (25th and Clifton), “Crave” (26th and Clifton), and “Thrive” (27th and Clifton).
