crave at City Heights

Located at the intersection of 26th and Clifton Avenue, Crave is a mixed-income community, including 5,000 SF of retail, 3,000 SF of restaurant space, 29 flats, and 17 townhomes. Crave was completed in two phases; Phase 1 included the completion of the residential townhomes, while Phase 2 included the completion of the mixed-use components.

Catalyst provided civil engineering and landscape architectural design services for the new City Heights Development. Once complete, City Heights’ full development will include three separate developments, “Connect” (25th and Clifton), “Crave” (26th and Clifton), and “Thrive” (27th and Clifton).
