Jack C. Massey Center
Designed to serve as a new “front door” for the University, the Jack C. Massey Center will house Belmont’s welcome center and admissions building, the Belmont Data Collaborative, the Transformational Innovation Hub, and the Cone Center for Entrepreneurship. The six-story, 133,000-SF building sits on a one-acre site atop an existing underground parking garage. The project site is located between the Baskin Law and Johnson Dining buildings and is the final building along the western side of the 15th Ave. corridor between Wedgewood and Caldwell Drive. Catalyst provided civil engineering services which involved offsite utility connections, bio-retention, and the new drop-off lane along 15th Ave.
The facility is LEED Silver and Fitwel One Star certified — making it the first Fitwel certified higher education project in Tennessee and the sixth in the U.S.
