Bento Box LLC is a development, lifestyle and building company that believes in delivering products that enable individuals to live a small footprint and convenience-oriented lifestyle. Bringing this concept to Nashville, Bento was designed to offer guests flexible living options within a creative neighborhood vibe in close proximity to downtown.

Bento’s flex-stay concept houses 89 micro-unit apartments (including 23 flex-stay rental apartments and 66 hotel rooms), as well as 4,000 SF of retail, a 5,500-SF restaurant, an athletic club, a marketplace (Bento Bodega), and a compact automated parking structure. The project broke ground in April 2018 on the .9-acre triangular lot, surrounded by two streets and the ROW of CSX railroad. The project team worked together to develop the six-story building and parking structure on its challenging site, and Bento Nashville successfully opened in the Fall of 2019.
