Broadwest

Designed to provide a connectivity to several Nashville neighborhoods, and boasting convenient interstate access and enviable views, the new Broadwest development offers more than 1.2 million GSF of office, retail, residential and hotel space across a 3.9-acre site. The two-tower development includes a 21-story office tower housing 510,000 SF of Class-A office space, and a 34-story highrise tower housing a luxury Hilton Hotel and 196 condo units. The development also houses office and retail space connecting the towers, a 1.5-acre plaza between the towers, and a 2,500-space parking deck—one of the largest parking decks in Nashville, at the time of completion. Project achieved LEED certification.
