Brentwood Hampton Inn & Suites | Home2Suites

Catalyst is providing civil engineering and landscape architecture design services for the dual-flag hotel which will encompass a Hampton Inn & Suites and Home2Suites under one roof. Located on a 1.9-acre site, the new hotel will stand eight stories and provide 230 guest rooms: 140 rooms designated for the Hampton Inn & Suites and 90 rooms for Home2Suites. In addition, the facility will include 3,100 SF of event space and an 83,268-SF parking garage.
