Parke West

Located near the intersection of West End Avenue and 440 in Nashville, Parke West will include a 172-room dual-branded Hilton Garden Inn and Home2Suites Hotel, as well as a 210-unit residential tower. Catalyst is providing hardscape and landscape architectural services for the hotel which will include a fitness center, meeting space, amenity deck and lobby.

Parke West will also include a courtyard accessible via nearby Metro Parks greenway, as well as 11,000 SF of ground-level retail, including a restaurant and outdoor seating.
