Hyatt Centric at One Beale

Catalyst is providing civil engineering planning and design services for the new 5.5-acre One Beale development in downtown Memphis. As Phase 1 of this prominent mixed-use development, the Hyatt Centric “lifestyle” hotel (found in only a handful of cities around the world) is designed to offer guests a truly unique experience. Hyatt Centric at One Beale provides a full-service, four-star hotel with 227 rooms and 15,000 SF of conference and meeting space. It also features a large ground-floor restaurant and rooftop whiskey bar (complete with prominent views of the Mississippi River and downtown skyline).

Once complete, the $225 million One Beale development will include two iconic towers housing apartments, office space, hotel rooms and retail space, as well as a 640-space parking garage.
