Hilton Franklin Cool Springs

The new Hilton Franklin Cool Springs hotel is located in Franklin’s Meridian Cool Springs Business District—a vibrant 60-acre mixed-use development which features an abundance of office space and pedestrian-friendly retail and restaurant space. The 244-room hotel serves as the area’s first full-service hotel built in nearly a decade (at time of construction). The hotel also includes the area’s only roof-level patio, a heated pool and expansive terrace with fireplace (at time of completion). Designed with a mix of indoor and outdoor event venues, Hilton Franklin Cool Springs includes 6,200 SF of flexible space, as well as an on-site restaurant, Harth, and a more casual dining option, Harth Lounge. Catalyst team members continued serving the project by providing CA and closeout services.
