Rivercross Sports Experience

Catalyst Design Group staff are assisting Broad River Landing in the development of their 270-acre sports and entertainment resort village located along one mile of the French Broad River in Sevierville, Tennessee.

The 80-acre Rivercross Sports Experience will serve as the centerpiece of this mixed-use development which features multiple hotels, a retail main street, a mixed-use entertainment and riverfront village, a wide variety of food/beverage options, and outparcels along Highway 66. The sports complex is designed to host touring leagues and destination competitions in the field house on six synthetic multipurpose fields and eight synthetic baseball fields. Designed to maximize the participant and fan experience, stadium bleachers are included along with a playground and multiple vending/concession venues.
