Fawcett Memorial Hospital Surgery & ICU Expansion

Catalyst provided civil engineering and landscape architectural services for HCA’s Fawcett Memorial Hospital Surgery and ICU expansion. The $60M project expands critical care units, pre-operative treatment bays, and the operating room while renovating the main lobby, waiting rooms and registration areas, and adding a chapel and coffee shop. The expansion also involves the relocation of the main entrance and lobby to accommodate the addition of a two-story building on the front side of the Hospital, adding two floors to serve more patients.

Catalyst’s responsibilities included site layout, site grading and drainage, utility systems, landscape planting, and irrigation design.
