Lone Peak Hospital Expansion and Renovation

Catalyst provided civil engineering and landscape architectural design services for the expansion and renovation of Lone Peak Hospital. Located on a 35.98-acre site, the project includes the addition of 11,100 SF of OR/surgery space, 2,620 SF of labs, and 5,200 SF of Women’s Services—totaling an addition of 18,920 SF. The project was completed while the existing hospital remained occupied and operational, requiring the design team’s careful coordination throughout.

Catalyst is also providing engineering and landscape design services for the Dietary and Imaging Expansion within the existing hospital. Project is currently in design.
