Blakeford at Green Hills

Catalyst is providing civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the expansion of Blakeford, Nashville’s premier senior living community located in the Burton Hills area of Green Hills. The project includes a new 124,162-SF Independent Living tower, a 7,842-SF addition to the Assisted Living residences, and the 1,500-SF expansion of the campus’s common areas. The project will also include a wellness center with an indoor pool. Once complete, the campus will provide 85 Skilled Nursing Beds, 52 Assisted Living Beds, and 180 Independent Living Units.
