Sterling at Stonecrest

Civil engineering and landscape architectural design services for the new multifamily development which includes 264 luxury apartment units across four stories, totaling 320,000 SF. The project also includes a 10,000-SF clubhouse, a state-of-the-art business center, a fitness center, a luxury swimming pool with outdoor kitchen, a dog park, a car wash, and a modern playground. The mixed-use development also includes a 50-bed assisted living/memory care facility, which opened in the Spring of 2019. The 27-acre site is also planned to include retail and medical office space designed as future phases, as well as a walking trail that will circulate throughout the property. Services included rezoning, site layout, grading, utility design, stormwater detention/quality, erosion prevention and sediment control (SWPPP), landscape architecture, permitting, and construction observation.
