New Salem Highway Medical Office Building and Ambulatory Surgery Center

Catalyst is provided civil engineering and landscape architectural design services for the construction of a new two-story, 28,500-SF MOB and ASC. Special coordination was required as the team identified a natural gas pipeline running through the 2.9-acre site. Catalyst worked closely with Colonial Pipeline to coordinate and ensure that design and construction efforts were maintained according to schedule.
