Catalyst provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the new 176,568-SF medical office building (MOB). Located on a 2.64-acre site within the existing medical campus, the six-story MOB includes two pedestrian bridges on the second floor, connecting the new space with the existing hospital as well as Parman Garage across 24th Avenue.
