AdventHealth Ocala Medical Office Building

Catalyst provided civil engineering services for AdventHealth’s three-story, 60,000 SF medical office building on its Ocala campus. The new building houses key services with the first floor dedicated to AdventHealth Ocala’s Women's Institute, featuring OB/GYN and Maternal Fetal Medicine. The second floor houses the Cardiovascular Institute, with AdventHealth Ocala’s dedicated heart care team. Finally, the third floor will be home to AdventHealth Ocala’s Neuroscience Institute, housing neurosurgery and interventional neurology, as well as the hospital’s Orthopedic suites.

Services included site layout, grading and drainage, utility plans, bidding and agency coordination, and construction phase services. The project also entailed site work, such as parking, vehicular use areas, sidewalks, stormwater management, facilities, utilities, and an aerial connector bridge to connect to the existing garage.
