CHESTNUT FLATS

Located on a 5.9-acre site near Trevecca Nazarene University (on a lot owned by the University), Catalyst is providing professional planning and design services for the new multifamily development. The project includes three four-story buildings and will provide 204 residential units (with studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floorplans). Chestnut Flats will also feature a central amenity area and dogpark.
