7 Vance

Located on a 1.2-acre site at Vance and Wagner in downtown Memphis, 7 Vance builds upon the recent momentum created by the neighboring One Beale development one block north (on which Catalyst is also providing design services). The project involves the redevelopment of the historic Nylon Net building into a 210-unit apartment complex above a 246-space parking garage. 7 Vance ties the historic character of the city in with modern detailing, and includes a leasing office, resident amenities and a pool courtyard on the first elevated residential level.

Catalyst is responsible for hardscape design and landscape architecture for the amenity plaza, which offers direct views to the Mississippi River. Capitalizing on the prominent location, the amenity plaza blends outdoor seating, swimming and resident amenities.
