Bristol on Dickerson

Catalyst provided civil engineering and landscape architectural design services for the new 221-unit Bristol on Dickerson apartments. Located on a 4.5-acre site along Dickerson Pike (a main corridor into downtown Nashville) the development achieves skyline views, activated streetscapes and a convenient commute to downtown. Catalyst designed the site hardscapes for this urban infill, including an outdoor dining and swimming area along with a dogpark.
