Regal Square Townhomes Phase 3

Catalyst is providing civil engineering and landscape architectural design services for the Phase 3 expansion to the Regal Square Townhome planned residential development in Murfreesboro. Phase 3 will build upon the 27 townhome units completed in Phases 1 and 2, and offer 78 two- and three-bedroom, two-story townhome units. Phase 3 also includes a dogpark, playground, pavilion, and clustered mailboxes on the 8-acre site.

Unlike most projects, the Regal Square Phase 3 development includes an underground stormwater detention. This system utilizes infiltration trenches throughout the site to satisfy stormwater quality treatment and detention.
