Sterling West

Located in West Nashville along the busy Charlotte Avenue corridor, the new Sterling West multifamily development adds 303 apartments and associated parking to the 14.5-acre site. The project includes construction of five residential buildings as well as five freestanding residential garages (offering a mix of surface and garage parking). In addition, the project provides a clubhouse and fitness center, amenity pool, dogpark and grilling stations. The project required careful coordination to successfully work around two existing cell towers and a small cemetery, which was safely and properly relocated to another location on site.
