City of Orlando EverBe Community Park

Catalyst provided landscape architectural services for the community’s 7.5-acre central amenity serving the 3,500-unit development. The amenity features a diverse active and passive recreation program, including a flexible lawn; adult and family pools; pickleball, volleyball, and futsol courts; a concession/restroom building; a destination playground; splash pad; and community use buildings which include a fitness club.
