Catalyst Breaks Ground On The Modernest Gulch View

Catalyst recently assisted in breaking ground for a new seven-story condominium development, The Modernest Gulch View. Catalyst is providing civil engineering and landscape architecture services. The project includes 131 design-forward residences and amenities along the 8th Avenue Corridor in the Nashville Gulch. Amenities include a pool, pickleball court, sauna + cold plunge, coffee shop, and co-working space. We are excited to be a part of the project team and bring this project to life.
