Greenbriar Park and Library Groundbreaking Ceremony

March 10, 2026

St. Johns County recently broke ground on Greenbriar Park and Library, a new $23.8 million regional facility designed to expand access to recreational and educational spaces as the County continues to grow. Located at 505 Rally Road, the project is the third of four sites included in the County’s regional park initiative and will feature a full‑service library and community center. Planned amenities include two baseball fields, two softball fields, pickleball courts, a playground, plazas, walking paths, and open lawn areas, reinforcing the County’s long‑term commitment to quality‑of‑life investments for residents.

Catalyst provided landscape architectural services for all four sites of St. Johns County’s park initiative, including the Greenbriar Park and Library. Our team worked with OSPORTS in leading the master planning and landscape architectural design for the 63‑acre site—including the public engagement process, master planning, and design of the site’s hardscape, landscape, irrigation, site furnishings, lighting character, and public gathering spaces that support both active recreation and community use.
