As Phase 1 of what will be a massive $225 million, 5.5-acre mixed-use development along the riverfront in downtown Memphis, The Landing Residences includes a six-story, 230-unit luxury apartment facility, complete with a fitness center and rooftop pool, as well as stunning views of the Mississippi River.

Phase 1 also includes 400,000 SF of office space, a 230-room Hyatt Centric Hotel, a 120-room boutique hotel, two signature restaurants facing the river, and a 640-space parking garage.
